    General Information

    Vestu Design is a product design consultancy and provider of interior accessory products based in Bali, Indonesia. All content and products displayed on this site are the property of PT Vestu Design Living and are protected by intellectual property laws.

    Orders

    • All orders will be confirmed via email.
    • Orders will be processed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
    • Full payment (100%) is required before shipping.
    • Production will only begin once the funds are received in the company’s official account.

    Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

    MOQ is determined based on product category:

    • Ceramics/Terracotta: starting from 25 pcs per type/color
    • Glass: 25–50 pcs
    • Metal, Lighting, Wood Products: 10–25 pcs
    • Specific MOQ applies for exports (minimum 2 CBM or based on agreement)

    Samples

    • Samples are charged at 2 to 3 times the standard price.
    • Sample fees may be refunded if follow-up orders meet the required MOQ.
    • Custom design samples will be negotiated separately based on complexity.

    Pricing and Payment

    • Prices are stated in the official quotation and do not include shipping fees, import duties, or additional taxes.
    • Payments are made via bank transfer, both for domestic and international transactions.
    • Bank account details will be provided on the checkout page or sent via invoice.

    Production and Shipping

    • Production time ranges from 1–3 months, depending on the type and volume of products.
    • Goods are shipped under Ex Works (EXW) terms from our factory location in Bali.
    • All risks during shipping (damage, loss) are the buyer’s responsibility.
    • PT Vestu Design Living is not liable for delays due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, material shortages, or transportation disruptions.

    Intellectual Property Rights

    All designs, photos, and website content may not be reused, copied, or reproduced without written permission from PT Vestu Design Living.

    Return Policy

    • Returns/exchanges for wholesale purchases are not accepted, except in cases of verified damage upon receipt.
    • Claims must include photos and a chronology, and must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the goods.

    Changes to Terms

    PT Vestu Design Living reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this site.

    Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved amicably or through legal proceedings within the jurisdiction of Denpasar, Bali.
